Got out of the Bunker!!

Yesterday was a lot of fun, had a table set up at "Spring Fling, a Craft Thing", an event organized by Mary Jordahl. What would a Kydex holster maker be doing at a craft event?  Easy!  Meeting people who are interested in shopping local, buying hand crafted items and like to buy made in the USA products.  Cold War Concealment holsters are all hand crafted here in the USA, using materials made in the USA. As far as shopping local, thanks to the reach of the internet I have shipped holsters to Ohio, Missouri, Georgia and Florida, maybe we should redefine "local"?

We enjoyed getting out and meeting  people.  There were tons of great vendors, such as Susan's Young Living Essential Oils, Rachael's Usborne Books, Rebekah had a fun photography booth, there was a Marine whose name I didn't catch with delicious shave ice, Charley, another Marine with Kettle Corn, who also does soul food, and that is literally just the tip of the iceberg, I can't possibly name them all! There were also pony rides and face painting for the kids, live music, and it all ran like clockwork.  All in all, a great day, a huge thank you to everyone who came out to visit us, all the other vendors, and of course Mary and Mark Jordahl who put it all together in a very professional way.  Keep your eyes open for more events in the future and c'mon out!!
