Since quality matters at Cold War Concealment, we have made the DCC Monoblock belt clip standard on our IWB holsters. The Monoblock can be used without a belt if your pants/shorts/skirt ect is sturdy enough to carry the weight of the firearm - When using any type holster, a belt is always recommended though.
